Free Shipping on Every Order

At Lazy Dog Office, we offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States—no minimum purchase required.

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Customized or special-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

We ship from fulfillment centers located in Texas, California, and Georgia using trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers for larger items.

Please note that all of our products are shipped unassembled and include all necessary parts and hardware required for assembly unless otherwise stated.

Freight Deliveries

Large, oversized, or bulk orders may be shipped via freight carrier. Freight deliveries are curbside or tailgate service, meaning someone must be available to receive and unload the shipment.

If a delivery appointment is missed and the carrier must reschedule, additional redelivery fees may apply. Optional services such as liftgate delivery or inside delivery may be available for an additional charge.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Lazy Dog Office ships only within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Canada, or international destinations.

Damaged Items

We take pride in offering quality office furniture and accessories. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of both the packaging and the damaged item.

For freight deliveries, we recommend inspecting your shipment before signing the delivery receipt and noting any visible damage with the carrier.

Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in like-new condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or custom-upholstered products

  • Special-order items

  • Customized products not listed on our website

  • Assembled desks, bookcases, credenzas, and other assembled casegoods

Return Authorization

All returns require prior approval from our customer service team.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.

Please allow 3–5 business days for return review and processing. Once your return is received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued minus applicable restocking fees.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Many orders are processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be rerouted or canceled in transit. In that case, the order must be received and returned according to our return policy.

Custom and special-order products may be subject to cancellation fees if production has already begun.
